You can create an event in a number of ways:

Single All-Day Event
This is for all day events such as a conferences.

Ranged Event
What is a ranged event? Ranged events are for events that are for a certain number of hours starting at a certain time.
(Example: Deposition From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM)

Recurring Event
Recurring events can be used for repeating items such as weekly staff meetings. The events can be repeated daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

| How do I create an event? | |
You may select the view style from the top menu by clicking on the view button.
This will display a menu with the three different page views.

Day View
You may click the date in the top right hand corner of the day you wish to view.
Note: you must have an event on that day for you to be able to enter the day view.

Weekly View
Click the view button at the top menu and select "Weekly View".
When you are in the monthly view, you may also click on the arrows at the left side of the calendar. This will move you to the week as selected.

Monthly View
Click the view button at the top menu and select "Monthly View"

Yearly View
Click the view button at the top menu and select "Yearly View"

| Can I use ESQCHAT.com Calendar while offline? | |

The ESQCHAT.com calendar is an online calendar application. At this time, it's not possible to view calendar while disconnected from the internet.

| How do I print my ESQCHAT.com Calendar? | |
To print your calendar, just follow these steps:
- Select the calendar view you wish to print.
- Go to "File", then "Print".

| Will my calendar information be visible to others? | |
|
Your calendar information always stays private. No one else can see it.

| Is ESQChat.com reading my calendar information? | |
|
The information is stored on our servers so we may be able to offer you the best possible service, including formatting and displaying the information to you as well as backing up your calendars' contents to insure content is not lost.
